A Migraine Headache Cure?
Al Sear’s letter today was a promotion for a book on cures from the kitchen. One of the things he mentioned was a demonstration he saw in which a gentleman had a 2-day migraine headache.
The lady doing the seminar brought the man on stage and rubbed his temples with a lemon rind, then tied a dishtowel around his head. An hour later the man reported that the migraine was gone.
That sounds far fetched, but with a headache that severe, it’s definitely worth a try.
My Mother suffered from migraines for most of her life – until 2 things happened. The first was when she moved to Arizona for the winter and the water tasted awful. She had a charcoal water filter installed at the kitchen sink and soon noticed that she had fewer and fewer headaches.
Could a charcoal water filter be the key to a headache-free life for you?
Next she began seeing an acupuncturist who practiced NAET, and they went away for good. NAET is Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique, and while some say it’s nonsense, it has cured many ills for me and my friends and family members.
The bottom line is that Mom’s migraines were caused by allergies that had gone undetected for over 60 years!
If you suffer from these debilitating headaches, a check for allergies would be a good place to start in trying to get rid of them.
